It was okay; I only stayed for one night. I would suggest to look for a better room if you will stay for a couple of day

Location is the best. Not sure if will stay again due to it being unmanned.

The location was the best and the big rooms

Having it unmanned 24/7 just put me a bit on edge the whole time. They promised supplies by day 3, we didn’t get any.

Would stay here again.

Great location! It was clean and had everything we needed.

The sofa looked like someone had some fun on it beforehand. We used the towels to sit on when we used the couch. The overhead air duct ventilation also made using the top bunk of the bed not realistic.

Close to some great night sights and within easy walking distance of trains

The room felt smaller than usual Japanese sizes and reminded me more of a hostel then a hotel

Though the hotel is self check. They do have a room where you can lock up your luggage. They also have a laundry machine you can use.

My room happened to be more than a little Dusty along the windows

This is the perfect place to explore the surroundings. Also, the convenience store on the first floor has a lot to good.

The guest room was smaller than expected and had a slightly stinky smell. and litter bit It was inconvenient because the check-in time was 4 o'clock.

The location was superb. The room is big enough for 4. It’s a great place to stay if you don’t mind that they don’t clean during your stay.

Reasonable stay in a vibrant location

View was great, good floorspace for luggage and movement for 4 people. 4 double bunk layout was great, lighting options were good. Bathroom was nice. Air cooler worked well. Industrial design was cool. We stayed twice, the second time in a double bed bunk room for 4 people, and it was so tiny we couldn't open our bags at the same time. If you have 4 people, it's worth spending slightly more so you can move around the room.

Some of the details felt like they were just there for the photo, but were not practical. Couch had collapsed internally. Kettle had a cord so short you couldn't plug it in. Tea, but no mugs (only plastic water glasses). No ventilation in bathroom,got quite muggy in summer heat. Venetian blinds were a bit flimsy and dusty. Photography slightly oversells the quality of the fittings, which are a little worn in. Self check in process works ok, but definitely feels like a cost shifting exercise without a requisite drop in room price.

Overall nice staying experience.

Design and Decoration was nice, conveniently located.

Surrounded by many girl’s club and services. Might not be ideal for young children walking around the surrounding.

It's ok.

The view and the location. Our room had great view on the river and high ceilng.

The dirt. The corridor carpets look terrible and room has tons of dust.

Very modern, hip, centrally located hotel with superb river views.

A modern room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Fukuoka river on the edge of the nightlife area. This hotel operates without staff other than cleaners. There is a cloakroom with wires and padlocks where you can leave bags and a lounge and kitchen which also serves as the checkin area which is done on tablets. Room door locks, lighting and bathrooms all super high-tech.

The 4 pm checkin time was a bit late in the day.

In a great location near canal city.

The bathroom was dirty. It looked like there was poo on the toilet lid. There was also no one at check in so it was chaotic with people not knowing how to check in

Convenient location, close to Yatai store . Popular with younger adults and near canal city department store.

Spacious beds and convenient location . Able to leave our luggage there after we checked out a 2 hours .

As it was unmanned we would have preferred if we could ship our luggage to the hotel before we arrived .

Its okay, but not first choice

Location is good, right next to yatai and the river.

Wasn't as clean as I wanted. Very dusty around the windows. The bed layout right next to the front door entrance made it feel not as clean.
